  • Payment Information: When you buy assets using a payment card, your card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor, Peach Payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

2.3. Transactional Information

We collect details of the transactions you conduct through our service, including the type of transaction (buy, sell, send), asset type, quantity, value in ZAR, and the time and date of the transaction.

We may automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our services, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our services.

  • To Create and Manage Your Account: To set up and manage your user account, and to provide our services to you.
  • To Process Transactions: To facilitate the buying, selling, and peer-to-peer transfer of digital assets.
